Bargo is in the Wollondilly Shire, on the south west outskirts of Sydney. We offer both short-term and permanent accommodation in this quiet and beautiful part of Sydney.

It's perfect for a stop-off if you are wanting to visit Sydney or are on your way through en route for other places. It has its own train station with regular services into the Sydney metropolitan area and is minutes off the freeway and an hour's drive from the harbour bridge.

The village of Bargo is a quaint historic setting for a quiet holiday exploring the countryside and the beautiful Southern Highlands, only a 15 minutes drive to the Mittagong and Bowral.

The Wollondilly Shire's 2,560 square kilometres stretch from Bargo in the south, Appin and Menangle in the east, Warragamba in the north with the Nattai Wilderness and Burragorang Valley in the west. It offers lookouts, bushwalking, picnic areas, flora and fauna sanctuaries, quiet country roads to explore and some of the most spectacular natural countryside outside of Sydney.
